A native Victorian, Neil Rawnsley graduated in 1971 from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. Licensed in 1972 he proceeded to complete a Diploma Course in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia in 1979. Since beginning his prestigious real estate career, he has maintained this commitment to updating his qualifications and knowledge in order to better serve his clients.
Throughout his work, this dedication to service and outstanding skills in sales, appraisal, and real estate management have him recognized with a number of awards including the Royal Lepage President’s Gold Award and the prestigious Award of Excellence—which recognizes sales associates who continually demonstrate the highest standards of success.
Service has always been Neil’s number one priority
Neil is proud to have been a longstanding member of the Rotary Club of Oak Bay, and remains a member to this day.
Neil has also served with distinction on a number of real estate organizations, including:
- President of The Victoria Real Estate Board
- Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association
- Chairman of the Victoria Chapter of the Real Estate Institute of BC
- Chairman of the Real Estate Council of British Columbia from 1995-96
